Centria Terms of Service

• Provider — EGALEN Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, seat in 02-001 Warszawa, Al. Jerozolimskie 85/21, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS 0000907613, NIP 5272962187, REGON 389256235.
• Service — the Centria website and application operated by the Provider.
• User — any natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Service.
• Account — the set of resources and settings assigned to a User after registration.
• RCN — the Real Estate Price Register (Rejestr Cen Nieruchomości) maintained by Polish surveying and cartographic authorities.
• AVM — an Automated Valuation Model producing an estimated property value.

The Service provides analytical tools for the Polish real-estate market, including a transaction map, parcel and building data, regional statistics, and an estimated property valuation (AVM).

Some features may be available only to registered Users or for a fee — in particular a one-off property report. The scope and price of a paid service are always presented before it is ordered.

Using the Service requires an internet-connected device and a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Registration is voluntary. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and to keep login credentials confidential.

A User may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Provider at daekyu.han.dev@gmail.com.

Data presented in the Service is for information and analysis only.

A valuation produced by the AVM is a statistical estimate and is NOT a formal appraisal (operat szacunkowy) under the Polish Real Estate Management Act. A formal appraisal may only be prepared by a licensed property valuer (rzeczoznawca majątkowy).

Data presented in the Service originates from public registers and datasets — in particular the Real Estate Price Register (RCN), the Land and Buildings Register (EGiB), the National Register of Boundaries (PRG), the BDOT10k topographic database and spatial-planning datasets (MPZP) provided by Polish surveying and cartographic authorities, as well as Statistics Poland (GUS/BDL). The Provider does not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of source data.

The User makes any financial, investment or legal decisions at their own risk.

The scope of paid services, prices and billing terms are presented before a contract is concluded. Payments are handled by an external payment operator — Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). The Provider does not store Users' payment-card data.

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Starting a digital service before that period ends occurs only with the consumer's explicit consent and results in loss of the withdrawal right for the part already performed.

Complaints about the Service may be sent to daekyu.han.dev@gmail.com and should include the User's details and a description of the issue.

The Provider will consider a complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome.

The Service, its layout, software, models and analyses are the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors and are legally protected. Copying, reproduction or redistribution without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

The Provider takes due care to keep the Service functioning correctly but is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damage arising from decisions made on the basis of data presented in the Service.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available in the Service.

The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons. Users will be notified of changes in advance.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
